Suggestion: Change name to “Expertise and Authority” (There’s no Authority tag currently)
I think ‘authority’ is more closely linked to https://www.lesswrong.com/tag/social-status (which should probably stay a separate page).
Some ways of broadening/clarifying the scope that seem clearer to me (though I’m not sure any of these are better than just ‘Expertise’):
Expertise and Mastery
Expertise and Epistemic Specialization
Expertise and Epistemic Superiority
Expertise and Epistemic Deference
None seem better than just expertise. if this page wasn’t changed to “Expertise and Authority”, do you think “Authority” should have its own page?
