I am here hoping Albus faked the whole thing since only he can sense if a student had passed away in Hogwarts right? He was the one who said he felt a student die and he could be lying and put up this whole elaborate show to protect Hermione (the enemy would think she is dead and therefore stop targeting her) and teach Harry (even brought him his parents), Mcgonagall and all of Hogwarts the lessons the past couple of chapters teached us without the actual consequence of a student dying. Does it make sense or is it really just my wishful thinking?
I tend to doubt that. It sounds to me like the author (Yudkowsky) is simply going to heroic efforts to rule out all possible lines of attack that readers are coming up with here so he can instead take the story where he wants it go.
Magic in the canon HPVerse is ridiculously powerful and illogical. Almost every spell is at least a plot device if not an outright deus ex machina. Thus Yudkowsky has to go to equally ridiculous lengths to prevent Harry from Munchkining his way out of every situation, this one included. The lengths to which he is going here suggest to me that the author really, really wants Hermione to stay dead, not that Dumbledore is lying. (FYI, I don’t find this Dumbledore that different from canon. I just think he’s more nuanced because Harry is a lot wiser and smarter in this version, and thus interacts with Dumbledore differently. The only adult who feels out of canon character to me is Snape.)
Well my theory concludes that Albus is behind the whole thing and that the body found is only a fake, how are we even sure that is the real Hermione and not some sort of magical clone? The only reassurance we got was when Albus whooshed back in and said he felt a student pass away. He could well be easily lying. The other professors were probably too shocked to double check the authenticity of the body. Assuming that the wards on the student’s safety and castle threat detection only alerts the Headmaster then it is quite possible that Albus is behind the whole thing and the real Hermione is somewhere safe.
I must admit it is conspicuous that Dumbledore seems by far the most invested in the wizarding world’s eschatological belief system (including the impossibility of true resurrection), and second only to Quirrell in fear of what lengths Harry might go to in order to try and break the “laws” of life and death, and at the same time is our sole source for most of the evidence we have that Hermione is definitely dead and definitely can’t be brought back.

Point your thoughts to how Harry’s going to get the body back and revive her. Not if, how. (Eliezer believes in cryonics.)
