The fasting mimicking diet has a nutritional profile very similar to avocados. So when I want to end my fast I do it with guacamole on the guess that some of the fasting benefits are thus being extended an additional day/half-day.
I want to look into the FMD at some point but I haven’t until now,tbh I’m kind of doubtful about it but I don’t want to speak until have time to review it.
