I have converted it to plain text and PDF for everyone’s convenience. I don’t care much for DjVu, even though it is a better format, because I have a much nicer viewer that I use that lets me quickly annotate a PDF. For now you can download it from here (this probably won’t stay up forever, though):
I have a .djvu version that I found ages ago in some torrent, if anyone’s interested PM me and I will email it to you (no webserver handy ATM, sorry).
Send it to me, I’ll host it on my site (for the time being, at least). alicorn@elcenia.com
Sent. Did you receive it?
I can’t open the file myself, apparently, but I’ve uploaded it here.

If you don’t want to leave them up: text and PDF. Thanks!
Thanks. I have a monthly transfer quota and I already come close. A big PDF might have pushed me over.
Here’s a free djvu viewer for most popular operating systems.
It’s possible I just fail at downloading things, but the Mac version seems to be not there.
I’ve mirrored the latest mac and windows versions of the djvu viewer, along with the original and converted versions of the book, here
It’s because of Sourceforge’s long spiral into uselessness. Google for the filename and you’ll find a mirror.
Drop us a note with link when it’s online.
It’s available on the Kad p2p network, as are most of the sufficiently popular technical books.
