I thought I would mention that the footnote links do not link to the citation, but rather back to the head. I am using Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a Linux machine, if that is relevant.
Should be fixed. The HTML pasted didn’t have a referent for the “#bottom” hashtag. I added the id “bottom” to the footnotes header.
