one IBAN does check out (although bank.gov.ua lists this as UAH only and lists seven others for different currencies), but the others aren’t mentioned on the bank.gov.ua website
the Monobank payment (https://uahelp.monobank.ua/) uses a British bank “Clear Junction Limited” for the euro transfers instead of Deutsche Bundesbank or a Ukrainian bank.
The linked website for military assistance (war.ukraine.ua) is dubious. Donations in fiat currencies are better done at the addresses listed on the official website: https://bank.gov.ua/en/about/support-the-armed-forces

ukraine.ua redirects to war.ukraine.ua, which is weird in itself, but especially given in January there was some original content at ukraine.ua
email listed in the footer is ukraine.ua.mfa@gmail.com, despite the mfa.gov.ua accepting emails at zsmfa@mfa.gov.ua
their https://war.ukraine.ua/support-ukraine/ page lists yet another Gmail address (mfa.ukraine@gmail.com)
the Feb 28 archived version showed ukraine@mfa.gov.ua email

This @Ukraine user posts mostly memes and low-effort posts lately. On Feb 26 they listed a different bitcoin address but now I can’t find the post.
Can anyone else confirm?
