Flaxseed oil has a strong odor. I think most people try to choke it down with their breath held to avoid the smell. It probably wouldn’t count as ‘flavorless calories’ if you didn’t.
If you can’t stand that, eat it with some consistent food.
Of note is that I was recommended fish oil instead as it has a better omega-3/omega-6 ratio, so I’ll probably go that route.
