I like the idea of this fanfic, it seems like it could have been executed much better.

    People who hate it cite your claim that you wrote it drunk as an issue.
    
    People who liked it 1) don’t care how it came into being 2) are impressed that alcohol has a different impact on you than on them 3) believe your claims to be drunk are exaggerated.
    
    I personally believe all three.

      Fun fact: for obvious reasons downing four shots actually improves my skill at blitz chess by a significant margin.
