To reanimate a neuropatient, the brain needs to be healed, a body needs to be constructed, and both need to be connected.
I think it’s very unclear that healing a brain from the toxins that are put into it to vitrify it is easier then completely recreating a brain.
I would point out that it is in fact (a lot) easier to heal a rabbit kidney from the toxins that are put into it to vitrify it than to completely recreate a rabbit kidney.
