In general, the best place to ask such a question is probably /r/rational on Reddit.
As for specific works: I haven’t read it yet, but Duncan Sabien (former CFAR instructor) has written an epic rationalist fanfic of Animorphs, called Animorphs: the Reckoning, which features a cast of characters with their own POV chapters. Supposedly knowledge of the base work is not required.
Thanks! I’ll check out Duncan’s work, and if I don’t get satisfactory responses here then I’ll consider venturing into the far and dark lands of Reddit :P
Edit: I got immediately hooked. I’m now at chapter 10 (9%), and I really like it. Thanks for the recommendation!
A Song for Two Voices does kind of have a rationalist protagonist, but other characters also try to be rational too (but are less advanced, generally). I guess in that way it’s a bit like HPMOR, though I do think the other characters are trying a bit harder.
Is there any rationalist fiction about a group of rationalists (instead of just one rationalist protagonist)?
