Or maybe “The Starch Solution”. After incorporating ideas from these resources into my diet, I feel better, but I was already at the ideal weight before the change, so I can’t comment on that.

  I’ve researched FFP2 masks before the pandemic for working in a dusty environment and the 3M design linked above fits better than anything else I found on the market.
