I could understand saying that agnoscticism is not a religion because it does not make a religious claim, but merely an epistemic claim, but to say that an explicit belief that God is non-extistent (incoherent though that is) is not a religious view, nor a form of religion, expecially when it is organized as a religion and conducts prostelytic campaigns with fundamentalist fervor—well, that’s just disingenuous.
