There is a universe with a very high Kolmogorov complexity that didn’t start from Big Bang, but with… something quite similar to what a given holy book describes. And if the process of creation itself is quite dubious, for some extra Kolmogorov complexity you can buy special laws of physics that apply only in the initial phase of the universe.
