Can anyone comment on how related this book is to LessWrong and the rationality community that we’re all familiar with?
One of the two authors of the book is Wolfgang Spohn, whose work, as recently discussed in this comment thread, overlaps with lots of LW themes. E.g. he wrote a paper where he argued that CDT should one-box.
