I would say the rational thing would be to remain unconvinced about T, ~T, and (T xor ~T) as well as about F, P1, P2, and P3, as well as about R1 and R2. Clearly reality is doing something other than you think it is doing and the list of things I made to remain unsure about is a reasonably comprehensive list within this problem of things to be unsure of until you’ve got this figured out. I would also remain unsure that this is a complete list of things to be unsure about.
If you need to make policy decisions based on T or ~T, I would aim to make the least expensive decision, but the calculation of that probably requires estimates of probability of various things, of which the problem has provided no way to do. I would tend towards doing nothing, but of course I can’t be sure (and don’t think anybody can be) that this is the “right” answer.
I don’t think t1 or t2 or relevant, I don’t really think RM is relevant, and I would completely reject AME as ass-backwards filtering your evidence through what you want to believe is true.
