The references to quantum information theory will seem like a baffling non sequitur to anyone who actually knows that field. I only know what you’re on about, because we’ve discussed this before: you’re a fan of some niche theories of cognition, which represent context dependence using some math that is also employed in quantum theory.
Nonetheless, the primary and actual meaning of “quantum information theory”, is information theory adapted to quantum physical systems. You need to use another phrase, if you want to be understood.
