This was very succict and to the point. This reminds me of the particular friction that I apply to habits and deciding how more or less friction will affect what I’ve implemented. Bad habits are also in consideration where more friction has served me better to alleviate the negative effects of said bad habits (eg. time limits for X). Administrative friction seems like it affects most of the population, where the system has become so complicated that the effort to get something fixed or changed is not worth the effort (or at least, not worth the extra stress amid all of the other normal life stresses.)
