Note: it’s unclear to me how the category of “evolutionary restrictions” could apply to rationality techniques. Suggestions?
Anything that requires the use of the internet, a smartphone, mathematical techniques developed in the last 10,000 years, etc. Our ancestors didn’t have those.

I had thoughts along similar lines, but then I decided those things really belonged in the “changed tradeoffs” category. But maybe?
