I haven’t read peak, but I’ve read The Talent Code, and have been reading around deliberate practice for a while. I have a few more physical hobbies where I try to apply those principles, and I’ve been trying to think more recently about their application to more mental processes.
Your double crux post is the sort of thing I would want to have with me when going through “Review the process I just used” phase of training. Lot’s of good points to keep ideas floating around in my head while I go through the process of systemizing.
