I like this approach more, because… I would be more likely to try that at home.
Most of the items are easy to buy anywhere. I would have most inconvenience getting the following: Body fortress whey protein, Jamba Juice beverage, source of life liquid gold. Could they be replaced with something more generic?
Also, eating the raw egg feels like a bad idea.
Without these ingredients, I would be very likely to try it now.
I had body fortress at home, and jamba juice was on the website. Just use some kind of wheatgrass and whey protein. Doesn’t have to be source of life either as long as its high quality. I’ve seen ortho core and orange triad recommended on body building forums . The whole recipe is suggestions anyway. I also see no reason not to, say, use kale and raspberries instead of spinach and blueberries; maybe that will help if I get bored with the taste. I hope you keep me posted if you try this.
I was taking a friend’s word on how amazingly beneficial wheatgrass juice is, until he claimed I could get everything I needed from wheatgrass indefinitely, which seemed outright crazy. So I researched it myself and I didn’t find compelling evidence it’s any more beneficial than normal vegetables. I have some in my freezer so I’m going to use it but unless you have a cheap source I don’t think it’s worth it, given that it tends to be expensive and taste like lawn clippings. This is embarassing.
So you guys remember soylent? I was thinking I could get similar benefits blending simple foods and adding a good multivitamin to fill in any gaps.
So I’ve worked on it on and off for a couple of days, and here is a shot at what a whole food soylent might contain:

So um if anybody wants to confirm or critique this, that would be cool

Phone isn’t letting me press edit- I’ll probably cook the egg. Don’t want the raw whites to bind to the biotin

Approximately how much does this cost per day? How does it taste?
I’ll let you know in a little bit by editing this to answer your question, because I haven’t tried it yet
I’ll make sure to let you know when I try it in a few days
