It’s more accurate to say certain parts of the world outside ( covering at a maximum 15% of the total surface area of Earth ) has changed. Antarctica, the middle of the Amazon, the peaks of the Himalayas, all the oceans past the developed coastline etc., look about the same as it did 70000 years ago.
Though even the bit about the womb is a bit iffy since several thousand generations of assortative mating has caused some changes.
