But to be more explicit, by “private bathrooms” I mean the auxiliary goods in private business establishments (eg, cafes) and the primary goods offered by just-bathroom businesses.

It would be more of a principled, i.e. deontological, objection of sorts, and would increase their desire to be able to access public bathrooms.
