Parkinsonism? Are you suggesting that Parkinson’s disease is (always? usually? sometimes?) a manifestation of intellectual suffering? This seems very different from my understanding of that affliction. Or are you referring to e.g. psychomotor retardation in depression? Or am I completely misunderstanding?
