Why don’t you look at the filings yourself? It’s really not hard, and wouldn’t take more than an evening to get a lot of insight—you don’t have to do it as thoroughly as Brandon did here. I recently spent an enjoyable* evening reading through and summarizing Edge.org’s filings.
* I like hunting down puzzles and there were a few in the Edge.org filings for minor things like who was donating to them
FHI doesn’t show up in the CC, NPC, or Guidestar, so I went a little broader afield and tried a site search on the FHI website: budget site:fhi.ox.ac.uk. This immediately turned up FHI’s own documentation of its activities and budgets, a 2007 ‘annual report’; I used part of its title as a new Google search: future of humanity institute achievements report. These seem to be what you want:

I don’t know where I can find them. I’ve already used guidestar but apparently guidestar only specializes in US non-profits. FHI is a UK non-profit.
Maybe I don’t have enough google-fu…
Wikipedia doesn’t mention any required disclosures, but mentions the Charity Comission which links to Intelligent Giving which merged with New Philantropy Capital.
