So, in the spirit of things, I would start with Psychology courses that demonstrate just how irrational and unreasonable human minds are, not only as the result of pathology or brain damage, but just in the normal course of life. Nothing new or unfamiliar to anybody who has read the sequences.
Separately, I’d suggest these high-achieving students be allowed to test out of any required courses in the program, to avoid redundancy and save time.

And psychology courses would include stuff on perception and how it can be tricked, such as optical illusions.
