Suggest adding a note here to clarify that users with newer accounts can still write reviews, they just can’t vote.
I was planning to participate in this 2021 review, then I was disappointed to read here that only accounts created before Jan 2021 can. So I was going to close the tab assuming I was ineligble, when I happened to see Raemon’s comment buried in a thread about how anyone can write a review—it’s just that only older accounts can vote.
