It is very clear that biological men have a massive advantage over biological women in sports regardless of testosterone suppression. I don’t need to go farther than the studies in the wiki article you referenced because even there every link concludes that males have an advantage over females. And there’s not much of a question about the significance of the difference because the studies also universally conclude that it’s outcome determinative.
