Not sure what it means, but some of those seven factors seem related:
meaningful work + status and respect = if your work is meaningful, people can respect you for doing it;
social connection + childhood trauma = with friends it is easier to discuss personal joys and problems.
Perhaps together this could be summarized as “your work sucks, and your private life sucks, too”.
If we add another factor, “and it’s unlikely to get better”, I can imagine how people can get depressed.
