Got bored after a few dozen fairly non-concrete questions. Didn’t seem to be adaptive, didn’t distinguish contexts (how I behave at work vs with family or friends), and implicitly seemed to be mostly about self-image with no checking of “what did you do in a recent situation like X” to get to actual behaviors.
Honestly, I like tests like these as a trigger for self-reflection. They’re good questions to ask yourself “Do I usually do this, or do I just want to do this, or do I want others to think I do this? And why do I do or want that?” This particular instance didn’t stand out from any of the standards for this usage. Ain’t none of ’em where the results are all that trustworthy or informative.
