This is probably, more than anything, the main trait I’ve noticed in the sequences. Repetition of concepts. Every other articles acts as a collector of what’s been explored before. So, it becomes important to look away from the repeated and cached ideas, to make sure that they still hold up outside of an echo chamber.
The ones that still hold start to feel suspiciously more real than competing ideas. Doesn’t make them perfect maps. Just better ones.

(As alessandra said milk is not ideal, but therefore do not know how add oatmeal, yogurt dai has proposed ..) mm full-Pao with soy butter. lunch -. Vegetable Soup. Dining -. salad (tomato, onion , cucumber, etc.) with steak / chicken grilled turkey. Supper -. dried fruit 15 gr. (Almonds walnuts) / liquid yogurt /? have not (or know) how to calculate the amount of proteins, fats and HC or’m afraid to be harming my health with diet I have followed this last month … They could help by Please? :/ PS: I am currently in the 116 kg ..
