I think a common term for something similar to this is performative speech. Essentially what you’re doing in this case is announcing that something is true in such a way as to make it so in some sense. Or, more accurately, in such as a way as to make acting like it is so the norm. Every time a speech act like this is performed, the norm “we act as if this is true” is strengthened slightly.
