I’ve only ever heard Bayesian pronounced “Bay-zian”.
That’s how I usually hear it (“Bayes”+”ian”, right?), though I’ve also heard it pronounced like “Basian” (rhyming with “Asian”) or occasionally “Bay-esian” (rhyming with “Cartesian”).
