What do you think of when you think (off the coast) of West Africa. Jamestown, St. Helana: Negligible crime, tidy urban plan, awesomest climate in the English speaking world, unemployment is low....yet the local youth complain about economic productivity, wages and cost of living. The majority of employment on the island is in the Government. Some parts of the U.K are more socialist than others!
