The weakness it exploits (lack of time to properly formulate a response) is the same, but the main difference is that your avenue of attack is a believable narrative rather than multiple pieces of likely false information the judge can’t understand either. (it’s why I prefer ultra-BS, as opposed to a flood of regular BS).
