To quote, start your paragraph with “>” and the press space.

I use the markdown editor. On the markdown editor, you can blockquote by prefixing a paragraph with a greater than symbol.

Same is true for the WYSIWYG editor. If you start a paragraph with > then it becomes a blockquote.
