Logic? Almost certainly no. I have no idea what kind of activity could even in theory lead to a change in logic.
Physics? Depends on what you mean by “laws”. I don’t really understand these things, but I think there is a hypothesis that some physical constants were established near the beginning of the universe. So perhaps if we could create similar conditions again, and somehow make the constants different...
But it doesn’t seem technically possible, because we live inside the universe, and we would have to collect a lot of its energy together again. It’s not like we can find inside the universe a source of energy as big as the universe itself (at the beginning, when all that energy was concentrated in a small place).
Now a different question is whether we could discover new laws of physics. Then perhaps some of these new laws could help us create unimaginable amounts of energy, and maybe even create a new universe, with different laws. I think it is quite likely that we already know too much, and the new discoveries we can make would not give us that kind of magical powers.
String theory has some new laws right ? What would be possible with those ?
Perhaps if an ASI had infinite supply of matter then it could be literally an ever evolving infinite intelligence and be able to do things we couldn’t even imagine
And from making the constants different
You mean changing things like light speed limits to FTL and having infinite energy within the designer universe ?
What if digital physics is true ?
Then maybe we can hack the simulation from within to make those things possible
