Hmm. I seem to very much, very purely, model myself as an NPC by these definitions. By extension, since I can’t use empathic modelling to differentiate like you describe doing, so I model exactly everyone as NPCs. It’s also the case that I’ve never had to model a PC in detail; I know about some people who are, probably including you, but I’ve never really had the opportunity to interact with such a rare creature for long enough to develop a new way of modelling and seem to be just wining it b just assigning a probability bending magic black box power called “rationality”.
