I think it’s pretty much impossible for people to ‘share all information’ with each other. A lot of that information is pattern-recognition heuristics that we don’t even really have conscious access to.
Still though, I think that if both arguers are pretty rational and spend some time sharing information, there’s a pretty good chance that they end up agreeing.
