I have not directly made (much) use of the content of this post in the past year, so I don’t think it makes sense for me to nominate it myself.
But, this post seems like the sort of thing I’d have been hopeful about being more directly useful to people who are actually doing serious work in prediction markets. (There’s a general weird problem for the Review where deep and/or technical posts are going to be useful to fewer people, possibly only, like 1 person. But when they are useful they contribute much more directly to a concrete project)
So, if anyone with 1000+ karma has made direct use of this post I’d suggest nominating it for the 2018 Review. (If you don’t have 1000+ karma but nonetheless made use of this, I might be interested in chatting and perhaps nominating it on your behalf. I’m not 100% sure what the norms around that should be)
