You can make the alt-text alt-text like  I think. Oh wait it looks like you already did, but no alt-text. What’s up with that?
Because it really is alt text, which is properly displayed as an alternative to the image when it is unavailable.

Microsoft Internet Explorer has the particular behavior of displaying the alt attribute as a tooltip, but most other browsers do not do this.
