I sense that I may not have understood the core point. Is it:
1) It’s ok to admit that you are/were irrational, because admiting is what allows you to change it (“the first step is to admit you have a problem”).
or
2) It’s genuinely ok to be irrational.
I feel ~85% sure that it’s 1). But, if it’s 2), then what is meant by the word “ok”? That you’re not a “bad person”?
