I’m excited for the rest of this miniseries. I’m similarly interested in cybernetics and am sad it failed for what in hindsight seem to be obvious and unavoidable reasons (interdisciplinary & easily cooped to justify bullshit). I’m also looking forward to upcoming posts, but all these examples so far sound to me like a modernist’s substitute for sympathetic magic :P
For reservoir computing, there are concrete results. It is not just magic.
