Useful and interesting topic. I think your approach is over-general, and this limits the utility of any conclusions. I also will be very sad if it becomes common for LW posts to include stock photographs and annoying vertical space gaps.
Mockery is clearly very common. There probably isn’t a schoolyard or group of kids that doesn’t HEAVILY use mockery as a matter of course. It’s such a common behavior in all sizes of group that breaking down when and how (and for what) it’s effective is … hard.
These surveys seem useful in trying to isolate the “for changing habit or behavior” dimension, but even that is extremely broad. I’d expect it to be very effective at enforcing norms (including instilling a competing norm from the recipient’s previous frame). I’d expect it NOT to be very effective at private beliefs or activities, distinct from the public (risible) expressions of behavior.
