Apparently, according to canon Tracy David is a half-blood in Slytherin. Is she a half-blood in HPMR? Given that she’s a much more important character here, it would seem likely to come up.
Edit: This may be wrong. Claim that this is canon seems uncited.
Er, except that link never actually claimed that ‘fact’, or any of the others, to be canon. “Head canon” is a term for “things that I pretend are true but have no basis in reality”. (It’s only canon in your head, geddit?)
The HP Wiki seems to suggest that her being half-blood is based on drafts and notes that were never officially released.
Anyway, even if it were full canon, the question of whether Slytherin has halfbloods seems like the kind of thing MoR would overwrite for the sake of worldbuilding consistency, like whether Slytherins are always evil, or whether Dumbledore is insane, or whether Sirius Black is guilty.
Pettigrew hasn’t spent the last eleven years as the Weasley family pet, because that would be ridiculous, but I doubt Sirius Black is guilty. At the very least, it would require more than obvious consistency preserving changes to justify that.
I’m not sure whether Sirius Black is guilty, but I don’t take his canon innocence as significant information on the question. That’s what I meant by “overwrite” as opposed to “reverse”: the new state is mostly uncorrelated with the old state.

Ah, I had not encountered that term before. Thanks very much for the clarification.
I like that page’s head canons! I read them for all four houses.
I don’t usually make corrections like this, but since people might want to do a search, the name is spelt ‘Tracy Davis’.

Uh, I’m pretty sure Slytherin has halfbloods either way. Cause, you know, Snape.
And Riddle...
