I’m getting the problem with an Acer A500 tablet with Android 3.2.1 (the one it came with, after the updates it pushed on me) and the default browser, and on a HTC Desire with Cyanogenmod, Android 2.3.7 and Cyanogenmod’s default browser.
The edit button is indeed pretty much unpressable. I also can’t seem to navigate to it using HTC Desire’s trackpad, which can be used to highlight the other comment control links.
