If a hundred thousand technical users disabled FLoC, that would do nothing for the other 3+ billion users with Chrome enabled (estimating based on Chrome’s 70-80% market share). And the reason why I find that worrying would be why I would be worried if cigarette companies put opium in their products—I would feel that millions of members of society around me would be getting exploited.
