‘Age of Experience’ and ‘Attention Age’ are already in wide usage. Emotions are the current resource. Emotional competence has always been critical to leadership, and it will only become more so. I would recommend “The Righteous Mind” by Jonathan Haidt. I’m not endorsing everything he says. This book was very thought and emotion provoking to me.
