The last time I did a post related to Cambridge, people commented that I should make clear near the start of the post that it was Cambridge specific, so if they did choose to read it, they read it in that context without the expectation that it was polished for general consumption.
Perhaps the right level of warning is to say “Cambridge UK” in the title and first line, but not take a position on whether other people are likely to be interested or not..?
