Feature requests make the most sense in the current Open Thread (or as a quick take).
Agree that it would be good to be able to search by author. I also think this would be relatively easy. IMO it would be nicest if you just had a search field on the profile page of authors with more than like 10 comments or posts, and then when you search you filter the profile page to matches of your search (that is however kind of hard to do technically for complicated reasons). The easier thing to do is to have a link to a search page with a pre-existing filter for that user’s content.
