People might flock, or even stampede, to one particular vaccine. The vaccines will no longer be seen as “fungible”
This could potentially slow down the pace of vaccinations—drastically
It may be harder to justify, legally, keeping the other two under an EUA when there’s at least one that’s been fully approved.
